We are pleased to share that Pain Free Odisha, in collaboration with Health Village Hospital, successfully conducted a Pain Awareness Seminar on 13th March 2025 for the staff of State Bank of India (SBI) Main Branch, Bhubaneswar.

🔹 Objective: To empower employees with knowledge about pain prevention, posture correction, and non-surgical treatment options for chronic pain
The seminar was led by Dr. Shovan Kumar Rath, who addressed common workplace pain issues like Back Pain, Neck and Shoulder Pain, and Joint Stiffness. Dr. Rath shared expert tips on early detection, lifestyle changes, and innovative treatments that help individuals avoid surgery while maintaining mobility and comfort.
“A pain-free workforce is not only more productive — it’s also happier and healthier,” emphasized Dr. Rath during the session.
