Continuing its mission to bring relief to those suffering from chronic pain, Pain Free Odisha in association with Health Village Hospital recently organized a successful pain awareness campaign for the members of the Subhadra Senior Citizen Association at Subhadra Apartment, Patia, Bhubaneswar.
During the session, Dr. Shovan Kumar Rath, a leading pain management specialist, interacted with the senior citizens and highlighted the importance of Pain Medicine in improving the quality of life. He explained the modern, non-surgical treatments available at the Pain Clinic, including therapies for common conditions like Back Pain, Joint Pain, and Sciatica.
The campaign served as a platform to educate the elderly about early diagnosis, interventional pain procedures, and lifestyle changes that can help manage pain effectively without surgery.
