As part of our ongoing commitment to community healthcare and preventive wellness, Pain Free Odisha, in collaboration with Health Village Hospital, successfully organized a Bone Health Camp at Shreekhetra Greenwood Apartment, Bhubaneswar.
The initiative was designed to spread awareness about bone health, early diagnosis, and effective pain management while providing residents with access to essential health screenings and expert medical consultation.
Comprehensive Health Screening for the Community
Residents enthusiastically participated in the camp and benefited from a range of free health services, including:

- Bone Mineral Density (BMD) Testing
- Blood Sugar Check-up
- Blood Pressure Monitoring
- Physiotherapy Assessment
- Personalized Pain Management Consultation
These preventive screenings helped participants better understand their bone health and identify potential risk factors before they developed into serious conditions.
Expert Guidance from Dr. Shovan Kumar Rath
One of the key highlights of the camp was the interactive consultation session led by Dr. Shovan Kumar Rath, Interventional Pain Specialist and Founder of Pain Free Odisha.
Dr. Rath personally interacted with residents experiencing chronic pain, joint disorders, back pain, neck pain, arthritis, and mobility-related concerns. He provided individualized guidance on pain management, lifestyle modifications, exercise, nutrition, and modern treatment options to help participants maintain stronger bones and healthier joints.
His patient-centric approach encouraged open discussions and empowered residents with practical knowledge for long-term musculoskeletal health.
